Nathan Ware,Tokyo-born guitarist, performer, and composer, is a dedicated guitar instructor knowledgeable in a variety of guitar styles. Nate received his Associate's Degree in Music from Grossmont College in 2007 and his Bachelor's Degree in Guitar Performance in 2009. His ongoing commitment to guitar education and his years of experience as an instructor make for a valuable learning experience for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students alike.

Nate has studied under the renowned guitar educators Fred Benedetti and George Svoboda, and is a former member of the Grossmont Guitar Ensemble and the SDSU Guitar Ensemble. Although his musical interests and expertise include a variety of different styles, Nate's primary focus for guitar is in Rock, Classical, and Brazilian (samba, choro, bossa nova, MPB) music.

His classical guitar repertoire includes works by Barrios, Jobim, Pernambuco, Tàrrega, Albéniz, Garoto, Paganini, and Reis, to name a few.

In addition to guitar performance and instruction, Nate is also heavily active in the world of electronic music and audio engineering and has completed some graduate work in the field of electro-acoustic composition.
